In September 2018, I was invited to help young Canadian startup TwoPlugs improve their UX Design process by working on remote agile teams. Basically, the main objective of the team was to embark on a model that could apply research, testing, and fast delivery of high-fidelity prototypes to keep the product evolution roadmap alive. Understanding the best way to connect ideas from different types of users. And finally, make quick deliveries according to the fast market movement.
Review of the prototype creation process, creating a basic Style Guide, based on components and models. Possible improvements in navigation flows, and in the design of the Landing Page. Support for remote agile teams, focusing the product online on increasing potential sales in the virtual app currency (named EDDS).
