Hi, I am Julio, guitar player and designer since 2002. I’ve been focused on creating amazing experiences for users while leading UX projects and teams.

I’ve specialized in creating digital products and have worked with notable companies such as Itau Unibanco, BTG Pactual, CCEE, and PicPay. At these companies, I led UX projects and designed platforms for mobile banking, investments, electricity trading, and payments.

What sets me apart from other designers? I don’t necessarily have something better, but I approach design differently. Each designer is a separate universe working to connect the subjective world in the emotional experience and rational context of business.

While I’m currently based in Brazil, my goal is to break down borders and embrace as many cultures as possible through my work. I believe in designing for everyone, everywhere.

Throughout my career, I have developed skills in leading teams of designers and developers, as well as creating effective design strategies to achieve business goals. I have worked on projects of varying scales, from small startup projects to large-scale corporate initiatives.

I dedicated part of my time to academic studies, where I conducted research to better understand customer behavior. My studies also focused on case studies in design-ops and co-design, where I analyzed the application of agile, lean, and other frameworks in practice with regards to business outcomes and good design concepts.
